Pumpkin Chili Recipe
With fall being right around the corner, it’s time for pumpkin-flavored everything! Here’s a hearty chili recipe that will satisfy your autumn pumpkin cravings!

INGREDIENTS
1 15oz. can pumpkin
1tbsp. canola oil
1cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1/2 medium yellow pepper, chopped
1 4oz. can diced green chiles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4lb. ground turkey
1 14oz. can diced tomatoes
2 1/2tbsp. chili powder
1tbsp. cumin
1/4tsp. cloves, ground
1tsp. salt
1tsp. ground black pepper
1tsp. cayenne pepper
1cup cilantro, chopped
1tbsp. green onions, tops only
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat canola oil in Dutch oven over medium heat.
2. Saute onions, peppers, chiles, and garlic until tender.
3. Add turkey and brown.
4. Add tomatoes, pumpkin, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cloves.
5. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
6. Add cilantro and green onions, and serve.
