How It Works
Using a unique combination of helium plasma and radiofrequency (RF) energy, Renuvion quickly heats to the ideal temperature for tissue contraction, allowing you to achieve the best possible results in a short period of time. This minimally invasive procedure can be performed with a local anesthetic or while you’re asleep, depending on what you and your doctor feel is best.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR PROCEDURE
You will need to arrange for someone to drop you off and pick you up from your procedure appointment.
You should dress in loose, comfortable clothes and arrive at the office early.
Eat regular meals and make sure you are well hydrated before your procedure.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR PROCEDURE
Once you arrive at our office, our team will prepare you for the body sculpting procedure by cleaning and marking the areas where the doctor will make insertion spots. Once you are ready for the procedure, you will be given an oral relaxing medication. Local numbing anesthesia is administered.
During the procedure itself, the doctor will make insertion points at the marked areas of the body. Then a gentle vacuum called a cannula is used to reduce stubborn pockets of fat cells. The minimally invasive procedure can last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours depending on how many areas are being treated.

RECOVERY & RESULTS
Immediately after the procedure, you will experience swelling and fluid leaking from the insertion sites. Bandages are applied to the insertion sites. The doctor may have you wear a compression garment and take prescribed medication. These will help reduce the swelling and any diminish any discomfort you may experience.
Some results will be apparent immediately. However, the final results of the procedure usually take a few months to see. You should visit your medical provider for any follow-up appointments to watch your progress and recovery. Once the treatment areas are healed, you should see a transformation in your appearance. These results are long-lasting and should remain consistent for years after the procedure as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
