Breakfast Sausage Recipe
In many households, breakfast food can be eaten for any meal of the day! Skip the fat and carbs of typical breakfast fare with this delicious breakfast sausage recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 99% fat-free
1 egg white
1/3 cup minced green onion
1/4 ground parsley
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
olive oil cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl, crumble the ground turkey. Mix in egg white, green onion, parsley, marjoram and sage. Add salt and pepper.
2. Using your hands, shape the turkey mixture into 2-inch long sausage links.
3. Coat a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray.
4. Over medium heat, pan fry the sausages for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Sausages should be brown on both sides.
5. Remove from heat and place on a serving plate.
