Rosemary Almonds Recipe

Almonds have been valued for centuries as one of nature’s “superfoods.” Almonds are a heart-healthy snack that are also easy on the waistline. Serving Size: 3 Tbsp.

1 10oz. Can Almonds
2 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Bake the almonds for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, melt butter and mix in all the other ingredients.
4. Remove almonds from oven and combine with spice mixture, coating all the almonds.
5. Allow to cool, then enjoy.
